tv11 Banking — Deposits, Withdrawals and Account Verification
This page covers every money operation your tv11 account supports — adding funds, requesting a payout and completing the identity check that keeps your balance accessible. For deposits, you can use Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow or FPX online banking; all three sit inside the Cashier tab once you are logged in. Withdrawals follow a separate payout queue, also reached from the same Cashier tab, where you select the wallet or bank account you want paid to. Account verification — the document step — is handled under the Profile section; completing it removes payout holds and confirms wallet ownership.
Funding your account starts the moment you reach the Cashier tab — no separate app or redirect needed. Touch 'n Go eWallet and DuitNow are the two wallet rails we've connected because they're already on most Malaysian phones; FPX lets you draw directly from your online banking account if you prefer a bank-side record. Each method shows its own field set after you select it: wallet ID or bank selection, transaction amount, and a confirmation screen before anything moves. The amount you enter clears the minimum shown on that screen — we do not publish a single global floor here because wallet providers can adjust their own minimums independently.
Log in and open Cashier
Tap the Cashier tab from your account home. All deposit and withdrawal options are grouped here — no separate menu required.
Select your payment method
Choose Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow or FPX. The page loads the correct field set for whichever method you pick.
Enter the amount and confirm
Type the amount, review the summary screen, then authorise through your wallet or bank app. Do not close the page mid-transfer.
Check your balance
Your account balance updates once the payment provider confirms the transfer. The credited amount appears in Transaction History with a reference ID.
PAYOUT REQUESTS
Requesting a Withdrawal to Your Wallet or Bank
Withdrawals are requested from the same Cashier tab you use for deposits — look for the Withdraw option within that section. Before submitting, confirm that the wallet or bank account you select matches the one linked during account verification; mismatched details cause the payout to be held pending a manual review. DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet withdrawals route back to the registered wallet tied to your profile. FPX-based withdrawals go to the bank account number on file. We do not promise a fixed processing window because wallet providers and banks apply their own clearing schedules, which can vary.
Open Cashier and select Withdraw
Navigate to the Cashier tab, then tap Withdraw. Your verified payout methods appear here based on what you registered during account setup.
Choose your payout destination
Select DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet or your registered bank account. The destination must match your verified account details exactly.
Enter the withdrawal amount
Type in the amount, staying within the minimum and maximum shown on screen. Review the confirmation page before submitting the request.
Track the status in Transaction History
The payout status moves from Pending to Processing to Completed. Save the reference number — support needs it if you need to escalate a query.
IDENTITY CHECK
Account Verification on tv11
Verification is the step that ties your registered name to your wallet and bank account — it protects your balance by ensuring only you can request a payout. You complete it under the Profile section of your account. The documents we need are a government-issued photo ID, such as a Malaysian identity card or passport, plus a screenshot or statement confirming the wallet or bank account you plan to use for withdrawals. Upload clear, unedited images; blurry or cropped files will be returned. Once our team reviews the submission, your account status updates and payout holds are removed.
Go to Profile and open Verification
Find the Verification tab inside your Profile section. The page shows which documents are still required and which have already been accepted.
Upload your identity document
Submit a clear photo of your Malaysian IC or passport. Both sides are required for the IC. The image must be unedited and fully in frame.
Confirm your payment method ownership
Attach a screenshot or statement showing your name on the wallet or bank account linked to your tv11 profile.
Wait for the status update
Your profile shows Pending, In Review or Verified. Once Verified appears, payout holds linked to verification are lifted automatically.
PAYMENT METHODS
Local Payment Rails We Support
Your tv11 Cashier connects to the payment methods Malaysian accounts use day to day. Each option is available where local law and eligible regions permit. Tap the method in Cashier to see the live field set — limits and availability are shown there in real time, not on this page, because wallet providers can adjust their own terms independently. GrabPay is accepted where your account region qualifies; check Cashier for current availability on your account.
Touch 'n Go eWallet
Deposit directly from your eWallet balance. The Cashier field asks for your registered wallet ID and amount — no separate app login during the flow
DuitNow
Transfer via DuitNow using your registered phone number or IC number as the recipient identifier. Bank-side confirmation completes the credit.
FPX Online Banking
Draw from your Malaysian bank account through the FPX gateway. Select your bank from the list shown and authorise through your bank's own security screen.
GrabPay
GrabPay is listed in Cashier where your account region qualifies. Check current availability directly in the Cashier tab after login.
TRANSACTION MATCHING
Matching Your Wallet Receipt to Your Account Record
Every deposit and withdrawal generates two records — one on the payment provider's side and one inside your tv11 Transaction History. Knowing how to match them saves time if you ever need to query a transaction with support or with your bank. The reference number is the link between the two: it appears on both the payment confirmation screen and in Transaction History under the relevant entry. Status labels in Transaction History follow a consistent set — Pending, Processing, Completed or Failed — so you always know where a transaction stands without needing to contact anyone.
Reference Number
Every transaction gets a unique reference number visible in both your tv11 Transaction History and your wallet or bank receipt. This is the primary identifier for any support query — note it at the time of the transaction.
Status Labels
Transaction History uses four status labels: Pending means submitted but not yet picked up; Processing means the payment provider has received it; Completed means settled; Failed means declined at source. Each label tells you where to follow up.
Account History Tab
The full transaction log lives in the History tab of your account. Filter by date or transaction type to narrow the list. Download or screenshot the relevant entry before contacting support — it speeds up the review.
Evidence to Retain
Keep the wallet or bank confirmation screenshot, the tv11 Transaction History entry showing the matching reference, and the date and amount. These three pieces together are what support and your payment provider need to resolve a discrepancy.
ACCOUNT SAFEGUARDS
How We Protect Your Deposits and Payouts
Security on the banking side of your account runs across four areas: the connection you use to reach us, the identity check tied to your profile, the wallet ownership confirmation we require before releasing a payout, and the support path available when something looks wrong. None of these is optional — they work together so that a payout request can only succeed when the account, the document and the registered wallet all point to the same person. If you ever see a transaction you do not recognise, the live chat channel in your account is the direct line to the team; do not attempt to reverse a transaction through your bank before contacting us, as that can put the account into a hold state that takes longer to resolve.
Domain Verification
Always access your account through the address you registered with. A padlock icon in your browser address bar confirms the encrypted connection is active. Do not follow login links sent by unverified sources — go direct.
Identity Verification
The KYC document step is not a formality — it creates the binding record that makes your account yours. Without a verified identity, payout requests are held until the review completes. Complete it early to avoid holds at withdrawal time.
Wallet Ownership Confirmation
We only release payouts to the wallet or bank account that matches your verified name. If your preferred payout method changes, update it in Profile and submit the supporting document before your next withdrawal request.
Support Contact Path
Live chat is available inside your logged-in account. For transaction disputes, have your reference number and a screenshot of both the wallet receipt and the Transaction History entry ready before opening the chat — it cuts resolution time significantly.
COMMON QUERIES
Questions About tv11 Banking
The questions below cover the scenarios that come up most often around deposits, withdrawals, verification and transaction delays. If your question is not answered here, the live chat channel in your account reaches the support team directly — have your reference number ready for anything transaction-related.
Which payment methods can I use to deposit into my tv11 account?
Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow and FPX online banking are available in Cashier. GrabPay also appears where your account region qualifies. Check the Cashier tab after login for the live method list — availability depends on local law and eligible regions.
What is the minimum deposit amount for Touch 'n Go eWallet?
The minimum is shown on the deposit screen after you select Touch 'n Go eWallet in Cashier. We do not publish a fixed floor here because the wallet provider can adjust their own minimums independently. Always check the live figure on screen.
My deposit shows Pending — what does that mean and how long does it stay that way?
Pending means the transaction was submitted but the payment provider has not yet confirmed it to our system. Check your wallet or bank app first. If the provider shows a completed payment but your tv11 balance has not updated, contact support with the reference number.
How do I request a withdrawal and where does the money go?
Open Cashier, select Withdraw and choose your verified payout method — DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet or your registered bank. The amount routes to the wallet or account that matches your verified profile name. Mismatched details will hold the payout for manual review.
Why is my withdrawal being held, and how do I get it released?
A hold usually means identity verification is incomplete or the withdrawal destination does not match your verified documents. Complete the verification step in Profile, or update your registered payout method, then resubmit. Contact live chat with your reference number if the hold persists.
What documents do I need to verify my tv11 account?
A Malaysian IC or passport covers identity. You also need a screenshot or statement showing your name on the wallet or bank account you plan to withdraw to. Upload clear, full-frame images in the Verification tab under Profile — blurry files are returned and delay the review.
